Playroom Reveal
/Great news guys! The girls' playroom is finally complete! I am so excited to show you all. Some of you may remember from this post that I was frustrated with sleep situations and wanted a space for the girls to be able to enjoy their toys without destroying my house in the process. We went back and forth and finally landed on moving them together and turning Macie's room into a playroom. It has been over a month with them sharing a room and while they do have some nights where they end up with us, overall it has been great.
So without further ado, the playroom. (I have a video of the tour below linked if you'd prefer a video tour!)
When you walk into the room, you see this window with the cube system below.
This dress up organizer is smaller than expected. I wish it was overall bigger and held more items.
I bought these bins with lids for all of the small sets of toys (PlayDoh, LOL Dolls, Princess, etc). I used my Polaroid Zip printer to take pictures of the toys and put it on the outside. This has really helped the girls better clean up their toys.
This utility cart is one of my favorite pieces in the room. I got these clear bins from Amazon for crayons and stamps along with these little cups from Target for $1 each. The girls bring them to the table and color or paint.
I know there are tons of pictures but I hope you enjoyed it and let me know if you have any questions about any of the items. I am so proud of this room and even more excited that it's actually being used, just like I imagined!
Here is a video I did of the room---no idea why but I always get out of breath doing videos. Also I would LOVE your thoughts on the big sign! Have a great first week of 2018!!
