Epcot is having their Flower and Garden Festival and, as usual, with any of their festival there are food carts and delicious food and drink options. I've already scouted out some of the offerings on the Disney Food Blog. While I will be enjoying some of their offerings, I am going to try to steer clear of anything grossly unhealthy.
Read MoreMy poor little blog was very neglected in March. Looking back, the blog wasn't the only thing neglected. I didn't write anything, for the blog or otherwise. I did very little photography, and only read one book. I really failed to be to be thoughtful with my time and did nothing of note personally. I spent many hours working out and meal prep but in hindsight, March was spent doing very little for myself outside of that.

The girls are loving our themed books since Christmas (post here for Valentine's Books) so we are going to keep it going with Spring and Easter books. Some of these are classics and some are just for fun. To be honest, we are still reading our way through these but the girls already have some favorites picked out.
